miscast - raul esparza and norbert leo butz sing “the next ten minutes” from the last five years
i cannot be the only person who would desperately love an off-broadway revival of L5Y starring these two idiots (with NLB as jamie, because of reasons). tweaks would have to be made: change cathy’s name and gender, obviously, which would necessitate some lyric re-writes, and maybe a new song in place of “shiksa goddess”, but c’mon, it would be so good. sooooo gooooood. raul singing “still hurting”?! i mean COME ON.
